The Chardham Yatra is one of the most revered and spiritually uplifting pilgrimages in India, attracting millions of devotees and travelers every year. Located in the majestic Himalayan region of Uttarakhand, the Chardham circuit consists of four sacred shrines: Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath. Each of these holy destinations holds deep spiritual significance in Hinduism and is believed to offer the path to salvation. Undertaking this journey is not just about religious fulfillment but also a deeply enriching experience of nature, culture, and tradition.

  • Payments can be made by Cheque, Demand Draft, NEFT, RTGS or IMPS. Cheque/Demand Draft should be in favor of "VistaVoyage Solutions (OPC) Pvt Ltd".
  • You can also book your package online with Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking.

  • If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated here under.
  • Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation. Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
  • Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
  • Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.

    • Refund Policy :

  • Refund Process time is 21 working days for any normal cancellation. You will get refund by Bank transfer only.

    • Note : For any natural disaster or Government Travel Ban, you will get refund as per supplier / hotel / airline policy. If they provide credit note than you will get credit note as per their terms & conditions. We are not responsible for any cash/Bank transfer refunds for it.

  • The above price is per person basis. High Season Surcharges are applicable; rates are not valid for long weekends and public holidays.
  • Child upto 4 yrs is Complimentary, Adult: 12 years and above.
  • Personal identification is mandatory to carry on tour for Air Travel, Hotels for security reason like: election card, Driving Licence, Passport. All rates are valid for Indian national only.
  • The above given prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • The quotation is based on Standard room of individual hotel, however if unavailable then the upgrading cost to be borne by the guest.
  • If the above hotels are not available similar category hotels are used as hotel rooms are subject to availability.Hotels may provide room heater at an additional price on direct payment basis.
  • Meals provided at the hotel (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) are based on a set menu. Anything other than the set menu will be charged extra.
  • Driver is NOT A GUIDE; he will take you to the sightseeing’s mentioned in the itinerary. You will have to explore the place of visit on your own.
  • Itinerary is subject to change.The above mentioned cost is not valid during National Holidays, festive season/long weekends, Christmas & New year.

  • Airlines/Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the tour unless if specified at the time of booking.
  • There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.
  • Security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.
  • The Company shall not be responsible for loss of valuables from the coach / vehicle . If the coach / vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.

Day1

HARIDWAR - BARKOT (250 KM / 7-8 HR)

This morning depart for Barkot, located on the foot of Yamunotri. Drive via Mussoorie and visit Kempt Falls on the way. On arrival at Barkot, check-in to your hotel/camp. Rest of the day is free to relax and store your energy for the Pahad (hill) Yatra of Yamunotri the next day. Dinner and Overnight stay at Barkot.

Day2

BARKOT - JANKI CHATTI - YAMUNOTRI DHAM - BARKOT (36 KMS DRIVE AND 05 KM TREK ONE SIDE)

After Breakfast, you have to take local jeeps for Janki chatti (It helps to reduce the trek upto 8 kms), trek start from here to Yamunotri(6kms). Either by walk or by horse or by Doli at own cost. Arr. Yamunotri, One can cook rice by packing it in a cloth and dipping it in the hot water of the hot kund. Pilgrims take this cooked rice home as "Prasad". Here near the temple "Pooja" can be offered to Divya Shila, After taking bath in Jamunabai Kund's warn water and having "Darshan" of pious "Yamunaji" returning to Hanumanchatti. Later drive back to Barkot. Overnight stay and dinner at Hotel.

Day3

BARKOT - UTTARKASHI - GANGOTRI DHAM (150 KM / 7-8 HR)

Drive to Gangotri via Uttarkashi. Check in Hotel. We proceed to Gangotri (3048 mts), enroute we enjoy picturesque Harsil village, Bhagirathi River and the most magnificent view of the Himalayas. Dinner & overnight stay at Gangotri.

Day4

GANGOTRI DHAM - UTTARKASHI – GUPTKASHI - PHATA / SITAPUR (285 KM / 8-9 HR)

After breakfast, early morning we drive straight to Phata / Sitapur. After arrrival check in to hotel and relax. Dinner & Night stay at Hotel.

Day5

PHATA/SITAPUR - SONPRAYAG - KEDARNATH DHAM BY HELICOPTER or TREK (19 km trek one way)

After morning breakfast drive to Gaurikund, start your trek from Gaurikund/Phata to Kedarnath (by Helicopter) or trek 19km from Gaurikund. Visit Kedarnath Temple, Bhairavnath Temple & Ratus Kund. Enjoy evening aarti at temple. Dinner & overnight stay at Kedarnath Dham.

Day6

KEDARNATH DHAM PHATA BY HELICOPTER, PHATA - CHOPTA - TUNGNATH MAHADEV (5KM TREK)

Early morning darshan and pooja at Shri Kedarnath Dham. After breakfast return back to Phata by helicopter. Later we drive to Chopta. After reach Chopta we start our trek to world’s highest Shiva Temple - Tungnath Mahadev. It’s 5km trek per way and trek route is moderate. You can take horse from chopta for two way it costs around 800-1000 Rupee. After return back from Tungnath Mahaved, we drive to Joshimath or stay in Chopta if we return late from trek. Overnight stay and dinner at hotel.

Day7

CHOPTA - RUDRAPRAYAG - JOSHIMATH - BADRINATH DHAM (140 KM / 5-6 HR)

Morning after breakfast, drive to Badrinath. Check in to the hotel arrival in Badrinath. Pilgrims after having a bath in the Taptkund have the Darshan of Badrivishal & Aarti in evening. Brahamakapal is significant for Pinddan Shraddh of ancestors (Pitrus). Overnight stay and dinner at Badrinath.

Day8

BADRINATH DHAM – MANA - JOSHIMATH – RUDRAPRAYAG (160KM / 7-8 HR)

Morning after breakfast, visit Mana, India’s last village. There are other interesting sightseeing spot like Mana, Vyas Gufa, Maatamoorti, Charanpaduka, Bhimkund and the "Mukh" of the Saraswati River. Just within the three kms of Badrinathjee. Later driver for Rudraprayag via Joshimath. Visit on the way Narsingh Temple in Joshimath later drive back to Rudraprayag via Joshimath. Check into the hotel arrival in Rudraprayag. Overnight stay at Rudraprayag.

Day9

RUDRAPRAYAG – RISHIKESH (145KM / 5-6 HR), EVENING GANGA AARTI AT RISHIKESH

Breakfast at Hotel. Later visit Kartik Swami Temple in Rudraprayag. Drive to Rishikesh. Dinner & overnight stay at hotel. Later attend an evening Ganga aarti at Parmarth Niketan or Shatrugn Ghat or Triveni Ghat at Rishikesh.

Day10

RISHIKESH SIGHTSEEING, RISHIKESH TO HARIDWAR, HARIDWAR SIGHTSEEING, DEPARTURE

After morning breakfast we will visit famous places of Rishikesh. Later enjoy evening Ganga aarti at Rishikesh. Later our representative will take you to Haridwar and take a sightseeing tour of Haridwar. In evening drop you at Dehradun Airport / Haridwar Railway station for your further journey. Char Dham tour ends with unforgettable memories of your life.
