Airlines/room upgrades and complimentary services will not be provided during the tour unless specified at the time of booking.
No refunds will be provided for any services not utilized during the tour.
Hotels may require a security deposit, either in cash or via credit card, which is refundable provided no room incidentals occur. This security deposit is not included in the tour quote and must be paid directly by the guests/corporates to the hotel at check-in.
Guests are advised not to leave valuables in the coach/vehicle during sightseeing. The Company will not be responsible for the loss of valuables from the coach/vehicle. In the event of accidental or deliberate damage to the coach/vehicle by the Guest, compensation must be paid by the Guest.
High season surcharges are applicable. Rates are not valid for long weekends and public holidays.
Children up to 4 years are complimentary; individuals aged 12 years and above are considered adults.
Personal identification is mandatory during the tour for air travel and hotel check-ins, for security reasons (e.g., election card, driving license, passport).
All rates are valid for Indian nationals only.

The quotation is based on a standard room of the listed hotel; in case of unavailability, the cost of an upgrade must be borne by the Guest.
Hotel check-in time is 1400 hrs, and check-out time is 1000 hrs. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
If the listed hotels are unavailable, similar-category hotels will be arranged, subject to room availability. Hotels may provide room heaters at an additional cost, payable directly by the Guest.
Meals provided at the hotel (breakfast/lunch/dinner) will be based on a set menu. Any items beyond the set menu will incur additional charges.
The driver is not a guide. Guests will need to explore sightseeing destinations mentioned in the itinerary on their own.
Vehicles are not available at disposal. Additional charges will apply for extra sightseeing requests beyond the itinerary.
The itinerary is subject to change. The quoted cost is not valid during national holidays, festive seasons, long weekends, Christmas, and New Year.
