Cancellation And Refunds Policy of My Shubh Yatra

If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever, they must submit a written application to the Company within the specified time limit, along with the original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges as stated below. Cancellation charges will be calculated on the gross tour cost and shall depend on the date of departure and the date of cancellation. Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the respective authority. Air tickets issued on special fares are NON-REFUNDABLE, and the Guest shall bear any cancellation charges.

Any refund payable to the Guest will be processed only after the Company receives the refund from the respective authorities. The Company reserves the right to deduct processing charges from the refund amount payable to the Guest.

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 31 Days: 00%
• From 30-22 Days: 25%
• From 20-16 Days: 50%
• From 15-07 Days: 75%
• From 06-00 Days: 100%

Refund Policy:

The refund process time is 45 to 60 working days for any standard cancellation. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer only.

Note: In the event of a natural disaster or a government-imposed travel ban, refunds will be processed as per the policies of the supplier, hotel, or airline. If a credit note is issued by the supplier, the Guest will receive the credit note under the terms and conditions specified by the supplier. The Company will not be responsible for providing cash or bank transfer refunds in such cases.
