My Shubh Yatra: Refers to VistaVoyage Solutions (OPC) Private Limited, operating under the brand name ‘My
Shubh Yatra.’ Both names are used interchangeably.
Guests: All individuals who have registered, inquired, or booked a tour by making a partial or full payment
for any of our tours, customized packages, or travel-related services. This term includes their heirs,
executors, and administrators.

Day: Refers to a 24-hour period or any part thereof, starting from the first destination on the first
day and ending on the last day of the tour.

Booking Criteria:
When booking a tour with My Shubh Yatra, payment of the registration amount signifies your interest in the
tour and confirms that you have reviewed and accepted all terms and conditions outlined in our brochure,
website, or booking form. If you are booking on behalf of your family, it is assumed you have been
authorized by them and they are aware of all terms and conditions. The booking will result in a contract
between you and My Shubh Yatra once it is confirmed and accepted by us.
Documents required for booking:
For domestic tours, a valid photo ID is necessary, while an international tour requires a valid passport.
Additionally, according to RBI regulations, a PAN card is mandatory for international tours. If you do not
have these documents, a provisional booking may be made, which will be confirmed only after the required
documents are submitted.
Online Booking:
To book a tour online, please visit our website at My Shubh Yatra. Your booking request will be reviewed to
confirm prices and availability. We will only be committed to providing the tour once we confirm these
details to you and you have made full payment and met all relevant terms and conditions. Any communication
prior to our confirmation is not considered acceptance of your booking request.
All online bookings are subject to availability and the discretion of My Shubh Yatra and its suppliers.
Ensure that all the information provided is accurate. Incorrect contact details may lead to the cancellation
of your booking at your own risk and expense.
Customized Holidays:
Once your travel advisor confirms your customized holiday booking, you will receive a confirmation via email
and SMS. For any additional information, you can contact us between 10:00 am and 8:00 pm, six days a week.
Vouchers will be sent to you 72 hours before your departure date, provided full payment has been made.
Health:
Booking a tour implies that you are in good health and fit to travel. You are responsible for maintaining
your health throughout the tour. If you have any medical conditions that could affect your tour experience,
you must inform My Shubh Yatra in writing. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue your participation
in the tour if we deem it necessary. Any health-related issues or costs incurred during the tour are your
responsibility. My Shubh Yatra may request a medical certificate or test before departure or during the
tour. If you cannot provide the required documentation, we may refuse your participation. Be aware that
airlines and other service providers might refuse service on medical grounds. Ensure you are familiar with
their rules and regulations, as we are not responsible for any consequences that arise. Consider travel

Change in Itinerary Policy:
My Shubh Yatra, a unit of VistaVoyage Solutions (OPC) Private Limited, reserves the right to alter the
itinerary at any time before or after a guest books a tour.
Key Points of the Policy:

or compensation due to itinerary changes. If alternate arrangements are superior to those initially

Coach, Baggage, and Airline Policy :
Coach:
Seating Arrangements: Seats are assigned based on the booking date. Early bookers get priority seating. If a
seat number is shared at booking, it is indicative and subject to change. No claims for specific seats will
be accepted.
Prime Seats: Seats 3 and 4 are reserved for Prime Seat bookings at an additional cost. If a paid Prime Seat
is unavailable, we will only refund the payment for the seat.
Coach Conditions: We are not responsible for defects in the coach, air conditioning, or the behavior of the
driver or attendant. Adherence to the schedule is required to avoid missed sightseeing opportunities.
Policies: No smoking, alcohol, or eating is allowed on the coach. Valuables should not be left on the coach;
we are not responsible for any losses or damages.
World Tours Coaches:
Types and Facilities: We provide luxury, air-conditioned coaches. In some cases, coasters or small vehicles
may be used. Some coaches may have an emergency washroom, but it is not a substitute for restrooms. A tip
may be required if using this facility.
Indian Tours Coaches:
Types and Sizes: We use a range of vehicles including air-conditioned coaches, tempo travellers, and jeeps,
based on the tour type and number of guests.
Baggage:
Responsibility: You are responsible for your own baggage, including valuables and documents. The tour
manager is not liable for lost or damaged items. We recommend securing valuables using hotel safes or
declaring them to airlines.
Documents: You must manage your own travel documents. Loss of documents may lead to tour curtailment at your
own expense. File complaints with authorities if your baggage is lost.
Airline:

My Shubh Yatra’s Liability:
General Liability: We coordinate with various service providers and ensure the tour’s comfort but are not
liable for issues caused by independent vendors or transport modes.
No Liability for Airline Issues: We are not responsible for lost baggage, meal issues, seat overbooking,
flight delays, or schedule changes by airlines.
Additional Charges:
Airline and Visa Fees: Any increases in airfare, visa fees, or taxes must be paid by you. Changes in visa
requirements or additional visas are your responsibility.
Airport Taxes: Any rise in airport taxes or development fees post-ticket issuance will be added to the tour
price. Name change fees and airline penalties are the guest’s responsibility.
Tour Documentation and Policy Summary

additional coverage is available for older guests.

or deportation, with all associated costs borne by the guest. My Shubh Yatra is not liable for such
situations or associated expenses.

Failure to pay the full tour price 45 days before departure may result in booking cancellation and
forfeiture of paid amounts.
Payments for the foreign exchange component must be made in the local currency at the prevailing rate.
Payments using a card must be made by the cardholder traveling or an immediate family member.
Important Notes:
The foreign exchange component is adjusted based on the exchange rate on the final payment day.
Initial deposits for international tours in INR will be adjusted against the foreign exchange component upon
final payment.
Transfer Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Transfer of Tour:
Changing from an originally booked tour to another tour is considered a cancellation of the original tour. A
new booking must be made, with applicable cancellation charges based on the net tour price of the original
tour. The price and discounts for the new tour will be those applicable on the day of the new booking. If
the new booking is for the same tour, only the actual air ticket cancellation charges will apply, and new
discounts will be provided.
2. Transfer of Tour by My Shubh Yatra:
Minimum Guest Requirement: My Shubh Yatra requires a minimum number of guests for group tours. If this
number isn't met, My Shubh Yatra may cancel or amend the tour. In such cases, guests will receive a refund
of the amount paid minus taxes, but no interest or additional costs. Notifications will be sent via SMS,
phone, or email.
Honeymoon Tours: If a specialty honeymoon tour does not meet the minimum guest requirement, it may be merged
with a family tour. Guests will benefit from both the honeymoon and group tour pricing. Guests who prefer
not to join the merged tour will be offered a FIT option.
Bus Seats: Bus seats are auto-generated based on the booking date and time. No manual adjustments can be
made.
3. Transfer of Tour by Guest:
Requests for changes or amendments must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability. Such
changes are treated as new bookings. If changes are requested after the cancellation period, cancellation
charges will apply as if the booking was canceled on the amendment date.
4. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation Fees: Cancellation fees depend on the tour and destination and are applied to the net tour
price. Fees vary based on when cancellation occurs relative to the departure date.

Cancellation by Guest: Cancellations must be emailed to My Shubh Yatra. Refunds are processed within 45
to 60 days. Bookings cannot be reinstated after cancellation; any re-booking is considered a new
booking.
Cancellation for Single Guests: Single guests should book specialty tours where room partners are
guaranteed. If a single guest cancels, they may receive a refund if they find a room partner. No refund
is provided if the partner cancels.

Cancellation by My Shubh Yatra: If My Shubh Yatra cancels a tour, the amount paid will be refunded
within 10 working days. For international tours, refunds will be in Indian rupees, even if payment was
made in a foreign currency.

Force Majeure Situations: In cases of natural calamities, epidemics, or other force majeure situations,
no refunds are provided. Guests may choose a future tour date, subject to availability.

Uncontrollable Factors: No refunds are provided for changes due to factors like airline schedule changes
or VIP movements. My Shubh Yatra may modify tour itineraries, and additional charges may apply.

Visa Rejection: A visa rejection leads to cancellation, with charges based on the date of rejection.
Visa reapplication is at the guest’s risk.

No Show: Missing the tour on Day 1 is considered a no-show, with a 100% cancellation charge applied.

Discontinuation: If a guest leaves a tour early, it is considered a cancellation, with no refund
provided.

Travel Insurance: Insurance is included for guests up to 59 years old on regular tours. Guests overthe
age of 59 must pay the additional premium. Customized tours do not include insurance; guests must
purchase it separately.
5. Refund Process:
Refunds are processed as per the cancellation terms and conditions, typically within 45 to 60 days. If a
valid visa is held or visa fees are paid directly, refunds may be processed within 45 working days. Refunds
are issued via A/C payee checks in Indian rupees, irrespective of the original payment currency.
6. No Refunds Applicable:
No refunds are provided for advance deposits, modifications, non-utilized services, or cancellations due to
government rule changes or unforeseen events. Card payments will be refunded to the original card, with
transaction fees borne by the guest.
7. Company Rights:

My Shubh Yatra reserves the right to cancel bookings, refuse admission, or terminate tours. Discounts
may be withdrawn, and tour details can be changed due to unavoidable circumstances.

My Shubh Yatra may offer complimentary items at their discretion. The company reserves the right to

Free Experiences
Free experiences are available only on selected tours. If a tour includes a free experience, the travel
advisor will inform you at the time of booking. Some guests may receive this experience at no additional
cost, while others might need to pay extra. My Shubh Yatra can also cancel or alter free experiences if the
number of guests falls below a certain threshold.
Money to Carry
Guests should bring enough money to cover personal expenses and emergencies not included in the tour
itinerary. This includes additional meals, sightseeing, personal spending, and unforeseen situations like
medical emergencies.
Tour Participation
Children and Minors: Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. For international travel, minors
might need a notarized consent letter if not traveling with both parents. My Shubh Yatra is not responsible
for issues arising from inadequate documentation.
Special Needs: Guests with special needs or disabilities should notify My Shubh Yatra at booking. Reasonable
adjustments will be made unless they fundamentally alter the service provided. Guests must be medically and
physically fit to travel. My Shubh Yatra may exclude individuals from tours or activities if their
participation poses a safety risk, based on current medical evidence. No refunds will be given in such
cases.
Medical Care: My Shubh Yatra does not provide medical personnel. Guests are responsible for seeking medical
care locally at their own expense and should consider travel insurance to cover medical emergencies abroad.
Physical Fitness: Tours may involve challenging terrains and physical activities. Guests should ensure their
physical ability to participate and consult their medical advisor if necessary. My Shubh Yatra cannot
guarantee disability access for all tours and may decline or remove guests who do not comply with their
terms. In such cases, the guest is responsible for their return travel costs, and no refunds will be
provided.
Special Assistance
In group tours, individual special services are not typically available. However, if notified at the time of
booking, My Shubh Yatra will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the needs of disabled guests or senior
citizens, though the company is not responsible for providing specialized assistance. Most transportation
services lack wheelchair access, so a capable companion should accompany guests requiring assistance.
Tour Managers

Responsibilities: Tour Managers, leaders, and assistants help throughout the tour but are not
responsible for guests' baggage or personal belongings. Any loss, damage, or expense related to baggage
or personal items is the guest’s responsibility. Guests should report lost items to local authorities
and arrange for their return independently.

Communication: A WhatsApp group will be created by the Tour Manager on the second day for sharing tour
information. If guests have concerns about this, they should inform the Tour Manager immediately.
Liabilities and Responsibilities

Company Liability: My Shubh Yatra’s liability is limited to making reservations according to your
requirements. The company is not liable for any loss or damage caused by independent contractors,
service providers, or other factors beyond their control.

Errors in Pricing: If a booking is confirmed at an incorrect price, My Shubh Yatra may correct the error
or offer a cancellation without penalty within 7 days of notification.

Personal Responsibility: Guests are advised to avoid carrying unnecessary valuables and are responsible
for their belongings. My Shubh Yatra is not liable for issues arising from delays, cancellations, or
other disruptions caused by third parties or force majeure events like weather or strikes.

Travel Documentation: It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure all travel documents are valid and
collected on time. This includes passports, visas, and insurance documents.

Seatbelt Responsibility: If you occupy a coach seat with a safety belt, you must wear it. My Shubh Yatra

Tour Manager Accompaniment
The Tour Manager will not be present at the arrival or departure as per the itinerary.
Joining & Leaving Guests
Air tickets, visa fees, and insurance are not included in the tour price.
Government Rules for NRI (Non-Resident Indian) Guests
NRIs and foreigners must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of India or the country visited.
NRI guests should carry all required documents, such as an OCI Card if applicable. My Shubh Yatra is not
responsible for issues arising from the absence of these documents.
Shopping
While shopping is a part of the tour experience, My Shubh Yatra does not endorse or recommend any specific
shops or vendors.
External Guests
External guests are not permitted to join the tour or use any tour services.
Paid Toilets
Guests may encounter paid toilets at some locations, which they will need to manage themselves.
Smoke-Free Environment
A strict no-smoking (including e-cigarettes) and no-alcohol policy is enforced on coaches and cars. Many
hotels, restaurants, and other venues are also smoke-free.
Grievances
Any complaints regarding independent contractors should be reported to them in writing and a copy provided
to the Tour Manager or My Shubh Yatra within 7 days.
Communication
All communication will be directed to the contact details provided in the booking form. My Shubh Yatra is
not responsible for communication errors.
Privacy of Information
Information provided may be disclosed as required by law but will not be shared with other guests or used
for non-official purposes.
Photographs and Videos
My Shubh Yatra may use photos and videos taken during the tour for promotional purposes without further
consent or payment. Photos and videos will be handled respectfully.
Indemnification
Guests agree to indemnify My Shubh Yatra against any third-party claims related to their participation in
the tour.
Jurisdiction
All disputes related to the tour will be subject to the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad courts.
Attorney/Client Fees
Guests must cover My Shubh Yatra's legal costs, including attorney fees, if they are unsuccessful in any
legal action against the company.
Gift Voucher

Redemption: Can only be used once per booking, and only for Group Tours or Customized Holidays booked through My Shubh Yatra Sales Offices.

Non-Transferable: Cannot be transferred, split, combined with other vouchers, or redeemed for one-day tours or tours under INR 15,000.

Additional Charges: Any costs exceeding the voucher amount must be paid by the guest before departure.

Proof of Redemption: The SMS voucher received upon tour completion must be presented for redemption. If deleted, notify your travel advisor with the tour code.
